partner payouts: finalize, then send via Stripe Connect

When a venue rents its space to a promoter or renter, write down who sells the tickets, who owns refunds and chargebacks, and who answers buyer support — before tickets go on sale. NTREWAY supports finalizing a partner's settlement and sending their payout via Stripe Connect, on the organizer's own schedule.

Define ownership before tickets sell

A venue may rent its facility while a promoter or renter operates the event. Ticket proceeds, fees, refunds, chargebacks, and buyer support responsibilities should be documented before publication.

Payment onboarding and settlement relationships may be necessary when the organization receiving proceeds differs from the venue supplying the space.

  • Identify the event operator and ticket seller.
  • Agree on fee and refund responsibility.
  • Confirm who owns the customer-support relationship.

Settling with a renter or promoter

NTREWAY supports partner settlement finalization and Stripe Connect payout execution: define a fixed, percentage, or all-net-proceeds split for the partner, connect their Stripe account, then finalize a settlement period and send its payout from the event's Partners tab.

Finalizing and sending a payout are separate, organizer-initiated actions — NTREWAY does not finalize or pay a partner automatically on a schedule, and standard Stripe transfer timing applies once a payout is sent.
