Pricing
Clear fees. No surprises for you or your buyers.
You set the ticket price. The NTREWAY service fee and a payment processing fee are added at checkout and shown to buyers before they pay — the same totals your reports use. Free events are always free.

No fee on $0 tickets. Publish as many free events as you want.
NTREWAY service fee
5%
Per paid ticket. Buyers pay it on top of the ticket price by default, so you keep the full face value — or absorb it so buyers see one round number.
Payment processing fee
3% + $0.30
Covers card processing on each transaction. Added at checkout on card payments, online or at the door.
Refunds
Ticket price back
When you refund a buyer, they get the ticket price back per your refund policy. The service fee and payment processing fee are not returned.
Stripe pays out to your bank on a rolling schedule you control, typically 2 business days after a sale. Fees follow the platform’s current fee policy and can change with notice. How ticket fees work

“We can put a show on sale, manage reserved seats, and run the door from the same place. Our team spends less time reconciling tools and more time looking after the audience.”
“The box office and online sales finally share one inventory. When a seat sells at the door, everyone sees it immediately — and settlement is much easier to explain to our promoters.”
Questions
Pricing FAQ
Who pays the service fee?
By default the buyer pays it on top of the ticket price, and you receive the full face value. You can also choose to absorb the fee so the buyer sees one round number — you decide per event.
What is the payment processing fee?
A 3% + $0.30 charge that covers card processing on each transaction, online or at the door. Like the service fee, it's shown to the buyer at checkout and follows the platform's current fee policy.
What does NTREWAY charge for free events?
Nothing. If every ticket on an event is $0, there is no service fee and no processing fee.
How do payouts work?
You connect a Stripe account during setup. Stripe collects each payment and pays out to your bank on a rolling schedule, so money moves without you invoicing anyone. NTREWAY's service fee is deducted before the payout.
What happens to fees on a refund?
When you refund a buyer, they get the ticket price back based on your refund policy. The NTREWAY service fee and the payment processing fee are not returned — this is standard for online ticketing. A canceled event refunds the ticket price; a 'changed my mind' request is up to your policy.
Is reserved seating or the box office an add-on?
No. Reserved seating, the on-site box office, offline check-in, the embeddable widget, and the mobile apps are all included at the same rate.
What about chargebacks and disputes?
You keep the customer relationship and decide your refund policy. Disputes are handled through Stripe; NTREWAY records a full financial history for every order.
